Refund Policy – Seedway

Seedway is a platform designed to help founders identify and reach out to relevant investors using an intelligent database that includes cheque sizes, sector focus, geography, and verified contact details. Seedway does not list startups to investors, send pitches on behalf of founders, or guarantee investor interest or funding outcomes.

All Seedway plans are one-time purchases with 12 months of validity. There are no upfront refunds.

This refund policy applies only to the following plans: Explorer Access, Founder Access, and Scale Access.

Refund Policy

Seedway offers a conditional refund review if you receive no investor responses within the first 45 days of active use, subject to the terms below.

Refunds are not automatic and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

How the Review Process Works

If no genuine investor responses are received in the first 45 days:

• Seedway may review your outreach approach
• We may suggest improvements to your pitch or outreach emails
• You will be given an additional support period of up to 30 days to continue outreach using the revised approach

If, after this support period, you still receive no investor responses, you may be eligible for a full refund, subject to eligibility requirements.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a refund review, all of the following must be met:

1. You must actively contact investors using the Seedway database and make reasonable efforts to personalise outreach.
2. You must provide verifiable proof of outreach, such as email screenshots or exports showing recipients, dates, and message content.
3. Bulk, automated, or spam-style outreach may disqualify refund eligibility.
4. To request the support period, you must email hello@seedway.in at least 5 days before the end of the initial 45-day period.
5. To request a refund, you must email hello@seedway.in at least 5 days before the end of the support period, with a brief explanation.

Seedway reserves the right to assess whether outreach efforts were reasonable and made in good faith.

What Counts as a Response

A response includes:

• Any direct reply from an investor
• Follow-up questions
• Requests for meetings or additional information

Rejections or "not a fit" replies still count as responses.

Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a Seedway plan, you acknowledge that Seedway is a data and enablement platform, not a broker or intermediary, and that fundraising outcomes depend on factors beyond Seedway's control.
